Working On Me

So, I’m a new vegan. I’ve been a vegan for about a year and 2 months, I also went natural at that time! I’ve lost 45 pounds since then. But, now I am preparing myself for the airforce and I don’t feel as though my body is ready yet. So now I have a goal to attain in 50 days. 1.) Lose 20 pounds.  2.) Gain muscle and ab definition.  3.) Run 2 miles in 8 minutes.  4.) Increase Endurance.

So I will post my progress on here in hope of keeping myself on track. Pray for me!
